Cancellation Policy
Peace & Blessings! After paying your deposit, please text us at 443-307-0072. Deposits are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for services. Your deposit will be deducted from the final service price. You will be REQUIRED to complete a client intake form. This form will be sent in another email. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AND TRASH FOLDER!! If this form is not completed, it will result to your booking to be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS! The address for your service will be provided to you after the deposit is made. HAIR IS NOT PROVIDED for crochet locs. NO EXTRA GUEST! Please arrive on time. You are given a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you feel you cannot make it within this timeframe, please reach out to Lanae. Once the time hits 20 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED no exceptions! FINAL PAYMENTS: We now have a new way of accepting final payments. You can pay the final amount via Zelle (Lanae will provide the Zelle information), cash, or tap to pay. Please NO CASHAPP! To cancel or reschedule please notify us 72 hours before appointment date. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. This will not be refunded!
